We want our refund and cancellation policy to be clear and fair. Nothing in this policy removes rights that applicable law requires us to provide.

You may request cancellation and a full refund before your audit begins processing.

Once processing begins, the purchase becomes non-refundable because Aloha Magic AI incurs costs associated with AI queries, search services, APIs, website analysis, computing resources, and report generation.

Processing may include:

Running AI or search queries
Crawling or analyzing your website
Analyzing competitors
Processing GEO or SEO data
Generating scores or recommendations
Generating your report

Once your completed report has been delivered or made available to you, the purchase is non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your report contains a material technical error caused by Aloha Magic AI, contact us at AlohaMagicMaui@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and, when appropriate, correct the affected analysis or rerun the relevant portion of the audit at no additional charge.

If Aloha Magic AI is technically unable to complete the service you purchased, we may provide a rerun, corrected report, reasonably equivalent substitute analysis, service credit, or refund, as appropriate and subject to applicable law.

Results Are Not Guaranteed

A refund will not be provided solely because your AI visibility score is lower than expected; your business is not mentioned or recommended by an AI platform; you disagree with or dislike the findings; you choose not to implement recommendations; AI or search results later change; or the audit does not produce a particular ranking, traffic, lead, revenue, or business outcome.

The value of the audit is the analysis itself, not a guarantee of favorable findings or future results.

AI Visibility Watch and Other Recurring Services

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.

You may cancel future renewal at any time through the available customer portal or by contacting us.

Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

You ordinarily continue receiving the service through that paid period.

We do not provide partial-month refunds or credits for unused days except where required by applicable law.

If we materially fail to provide the monitoring service you purchased and cannot reasonably correct the problem, we may provide a corrected report, rerun, service credit, or refund for the affected service period.

International Customers

Customers in some countries or regions may have mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer rights that differ from this policy. Where those laws apply and cannot legally be waived, we will honor them.
